Complaint Regarding My Recent Experience at Botshabelo Mall KFC

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at your Botshabelo Mall branch. I purchased a 21-piece bucket, which, as advertised, includes a 1.5L Coke Zero. However, I was not provided with the drink.

When I asked about it, I was informed in a rude manner that the store did not have Coke Zero in stock. I was neither informed of this at the time of purchase nor offered any alternative. This left me feeling misled and frustrated, as it appears KFC may be advertising offers to attract customers without ensuring the advertised items are available.

As a loyal customer, I expect better communication and service. It would have been appropriate to inform me of the unavailability of Coke Zero before I made my purchase or offer me a substitute.

I request a resolution to this matter and assurances that such incidents will not occur again.
