Broken machine and bad service

Once again we pitch up at KFC for ice-cream and guess what.. machine broken. We here few weeks back and wanted Very Berry Crushes and they also informed us that the machine is broken. I sent a complaint but it's been more than a month and know feedback about my complaint. The chicken we had ordered was also very dry. On more than one occasion we had tried to buy ice cream or crushers but were told that machines are broken.
