Broke my card in half

I was at the branch at cape gate. The lady at the order window had such an attitude. Came into a fight with another staff member. Broke my bank card in half. I have to fix it at my expense. Didnt say sorry. The manager did nothing. I would not recommend anyone to cape gate branch.as they dont care. I will go out of my way to get that branch closed
