Brilliant service, awful food

<p>Good day</p> <p>I went to the Century City branch of KFC at about 02:45 in the morning to get some food and was greeted by Yushrah. very professionally and friendly. SHe took my order and she gave me, possibly, the best customer service I have ever recieved at a KFC. I actually registered on ****oPeter just to give her a compliment. She didn't do anything big but she did all the small things right.</p> <p> </p> <p>Unfortunately when I got back to work all of my enthusiam disappeared. I ordered a colonel tower burger meal and my chips were half cold and tasted like they were made three hours before i got them. The burger was dry and also tasted like it was made a long time before I came. </p> <p> </p> <p>This is the first time I've had this kind of quality at this particular branch of KFC. Normally I can't fault their food and with the exception of Yushrah, the service is normally lackluster to say the least.</p> <p> </p> <p>Just very disappointing... </p>
