Brentwood KFC utterly dissatisfied service

I am so upset with Brentwoodpark KFC!!! Knowing that it is a new KFC and closer to my house I went there tonight to buy dinner...so I ordered 2 hawain twister meals and 16 zinger wings. Once I am waiting by the window for my order they tell me to go park and wait as the wings is not ready yet. Why do I go through the drive through to only wait for my food???? Then once I got home and check the everything, I see there is only 8 zinger wings but was charged for 16...and there is no white sauce in the hawain twisters as there always is...so how is this to be explained??? I pay for food and receive half of it?? Is this not *****ing money then???
