Breast chicken piece is not longer a full breast

I only prefer eating a breast serving. I have been going to different outlets for the past few weeks and found that their breast pieces are no longer served with all the meat on the bone There is hardly chicken on the pieces as if the breast are being cut to be used for a different serving.
