Breach of customer service protocols and undercooked meat.

Today I went to The KFC by Park Station. The ques were ridiculous but that makes sense since it is month end.

When I went to place my order, I didn't receive a receipt, in fact NOBODY received a receipt. They claimed to not have receipts and according to my knowledge of KFC's customer policy "if you do not receive a receipt, your meal is free." But I paid.

I had to tolerate staff members shouting and pointing at each other to say which customer ordered what meal (as I was one of them). I received my Streetwise 2 pap, got home to find that the larger thigh peice was not well cooked and the wing pies was as small as my big toe.

Not happy at all.
