Branch managers attitude

I had went to KFC to buy food during my break. Upon waiting for more than 30 minutes to receive my food, there was only 1 lady at the front seeing to more than 20 customers waiting for their food and more than 10 customers waiting to place an order. The lady assisting or trying to assist all the customers at once then went to the back to call NOZIPHO and came out saying to herself angrily that she is having an attitude ,NOZIPHO had finally come out and after seeing her badge then realised that this is the manager . I can not understand how a so called \Manager"could run a branch that is so popular and make it to be like a fish market. Customers were furious that they weren't getting good customer service or served their food that was just piling up in the warmer . The so called \""Manager\"" laughed to a customer who gave her a complaint"
