Boxmaster with no BOX

I visited KFC, Greenacres (the branch in Cape Road), and ordered a boxmaster. I paid cash at the next window and was informed that the fillet would take 10min to prepare and I had to wait in the parking area. The order eventually came after about 15min, To my surprise, my "boxmaster" was wrapped in KFC wax paper. The back of the wrap was badly burnt and the tomato looked like it was the last of the tomato - badly cut and odd-shaped. I was very dissapointed.
