Blocked from entering the competition

I have been buying KFC from breakfast to lunch and got interested on the competition. I am now blocked from fairly entering the competition. I logged a call that is now dragging for 2 weeks that seem like no one cares about. All i need to know is that why did you guys blocked me from fairly entering the competition. I have transactions that i was swiping for KFC if you think i am picking up slips, to me it feels that i am being prevented from winning, i was told that i have exceeded my entries limit but never won anything. I need answers. I don't only buy KFC to enter competition but because i like your recipes but what you are doing now is making me thing that i should also just top buying
