Blatant disrespect from worker and very very extremely bad service from the store

<p>Me and my fiancé decided to go and eat at Ulundi KFC Ulundi by Total Garage...first of all before I even start with the bad service incident that KFC is always empty ( out of stock) all the time. I have never ever been disrespected by a worker like that...we ordered 2 streetwise 2 with rolls and regular drinks....I then paid and waited for almost 30 minutes for my meal standing the counter and the worker were laughing and talking together whilst I was waiting for my meal I then looked at the manager ( he's a male and light in complexion) with anger who was laughing with them...he said in a soft cool voice " the customer is waiting" they then gave me our food...when we started eating, the chips were so stale and burnt u could see and taste that they were old and they either warmed old chips or tried to recook them Koz they were burnt...we then Called out for the worker and told her the chips aren't right...they are stale and old and burnt on top of that then she shouts out loud at the store " KFC chips are like that...don't you know?" THose were her exact words...my fiancé then went over to the counter to her and told her to taste them and she did then a lady in grey t-shirt who we didn't know was the manager took the chips and cooked new ones and gave us so my fiancé requested to see the manager from a lady who works and her name is Zinhle Nkwanyana...and she said she call the manager...my fiancé sat and waited for the manager while we were eating...20 minutes went by and no manager came to us my fiancé then decided to remind her and these were her word "She said she's coming" we carried on waiting and waiting and waiting....the manager then came to us on her own to ask us if we're okay then we told but we requested for u from Zinhle and she said u said you're coming....then she told us that no one called her at all she didn't know about that...we then called Zinhle to explain...then Zinhle said she shouted her name called her only ( of which poses no importance of the request )....she didn't apologize even when the Manager asked her to do so she refused and kept on Justifying herself and these were her disrespectful rude words "Everyone makes mistakes don't u know that?" I can't even believe KfC let's such worker work at their restaurant...I'm utterly apauled and angry and feel very disrespected...I'm never ever going to buy from there as a result of that worker...my fiancé and I feel very disrespected and treated like trash when we paid for the food to eat it in peace....I'm very angry at this it's beyond disrespect...KFC hires workers who do not apologize when they're wrong, treats customers like dirt with no respect what so ever.... I demand that KFC removes her from there or else I'm taking this further as I do have proof of this incident and witnesses...I can't even begin to explain how angry I am at this....</p>
