#BlackFriday Great Customer Service

#BlackFriday I Visited KFC Key West Mall on the 26/11/19 and i was so amazed at the level of service received from their Manager Joyce. She constantly walked the floor to ensure everyone was comfortable given the fact that it was packed.

She even offered one pregnant lady an ice cream because we were waiting for the meat, i could tell that she really loved her job and her staff is so friendly and efficient.
