Black Friday false advertising kfc Tlhabane Square

This KFC Thlabane Square Rustenburg, has been my go to KFC for the past 5-6months, it’s close, it’s fast and the food is good. Well until Black Friday, the Friday I went the chicken was a bit burnt (smell) but I brushed it off because it was busy, the Saturday I went for the 9 piece Black Friday special that comes with a coke, but was told there is no coke even though they sold me the special. I asked the manager and she said, take it upstairs nothing she can do. I find that very dishonest I asked the manager to please take down the sign, she agreed later I went past sign still on the window. I’ve raved and convinced friends that this kfc is the ONE but now it’s turning into that place that just doesn’t care for the consumer. The manager Agrineth Mmutle told me to call Christina the area manager on *** to complain, I did but no answer. The chicken was still good
