black chicken in my wrap

last night I went to kfc to order a wrap to go. Go home started eating my wrap and the chicken was black and dry, and had to throw it away it was so disgusting. How can you serve that to customers? <br> <br> Also this charity program you have, they don't even ask you anymore they just put it on your bill. This branch in somerset west needs to get its priorities right.<br> <br> So on top of having to pay for my meal I can't even eat it.
