Bitter Chicken Horrible experience.

I went to KFC Eldorado Park on the 27/01/2021 and bought 5 remix boxes and also the 21 piece bucket. First of all we ordered and had to park and wait for almost 20 minutes to bring the order when we got home and my family started eating everyone complained. I then took a piece of chicken and it was horrible it was so bitter I am very disappointed after spending almost R 490,00 to get such horrible service and chicken from such a big franchise I am disappointed.
