Big up to Bizana manager and staff

I ordered and paid online on the 22nd December, I received a message that says I should collect my order at BIZAN KFC store. Unfortunately the order wasn't appearing on the till. Manager phoned the head office and they confirmed that my I did pay. I waited for about 5 minutes so that the payment should appear on the till but it did not. Manager decided to ask the teller to prepare me my order no matter order and payment doesn't appear in th till. Thanks to the BIZANA manager
