Big Disappointment

Good day

I've been at Kfc airport City after I've placed an order on line. I had 2 seperate orders from myself and my wife. In arrival the place were closed and I had to explain that I've ordered on line. I was let in and my order came and they said I should check and they left. everything were done in a hurry because the staff wanted to go home. Firstly the app said the closing time were 23:00 and I was there way before. I've just peaked into to bags to check if everything was in there.

I've ordered the all in one plus of R129 and discovered that all 6 pieces and the free piece were all the dry or breast pieces. The dunked wings were extremely small and only had 9 pieces in, instead of 10 and absolutely no tomato sauce. Now if you feel you want to rather charge for **** service and for your tomato sauce,I do not want to be part of any of your branded name.our total spending for **** were more then R200 and ourselves and kids had to eat dry chicken with no tomato sauce. Please don't get me wrong!, I do have tomato sauce and lots more sauces at home,but on the road my kids wants to eat. So thanks for a chokey meal and unpleasant first time app order.
