BIG BAD DISAPPOINTMENT WITH KFC IN BLOEMFONTEIN

Had a very very bad experience last night at KFC in Zastron Street, Bloemfontein, last night. Entering the Drive-Thru lane, firstly the Lady tells us, Sorry no one can help you here, please go to the second window. Driving to the next window...no-one there. The third stop....car in front of us....had to wait 30 minutes in-line...I climbed out to find out what is going on. The lady tells me inside that there are only THREE people on service (one at the counter, one at the drive-thru and one in the back). We must wait. We waited and when we reached the window to order, the lady tells us, Sorry you will have to wait another 30 minutes...THERE'S NO CHICKEN!!!!! I wanted to talk to the supervisor/manager/owner...surprise...she just calls out a name to the back...no-one appears and apparently, KFC has no owner and there is also no number to call to complain.

Never have I ever had such a bad experience ..... What is happening to KFC in Bloem???? APPARENTLY NOTHING!!!!!
