BEYOND POOR SERVICE!!!!!!!

KFC in Witbank , saveways area/del judor has to be the worst. ****ming people. I paid for an order and they told me it didn’t go through I have to pay again whereas on my bank it went out. There was no slip saying transaction cancelled or declined , also didn’t receive any reversal of my money. It has been a week since they’ve taken my details and they said they’ll refund me. Till today I haven’t received my money! What a poor service. I’d advise everyone to use cash if they are to go there or rather don’t go at all. Kind of disappointing really. Mind you I was out with family on that day, hungry !
