BEYOND BAD SERVICE

<p>I went KFC this morning and ordered toasted cheese egg and tomato sandwich without the tomato. when the order came i got just plain brown bread not even toasted . then i told the lady i ordered toasted bread, she just took it to the back and minutes later she brought it back still the same. Is this the pathetic service we supposed to get? Note i paid for the food , she could'nt even apologise for the mistake. It's like its a norm. I got to work shared the incidents with my friends they told me they also get bad service everytime. One said she ordered coffee but she got half a cup . The other one ordered the same sandwich without tomato she got the tomato mind you she has an allergic reaction to tomatoes.</p> <p>i need this matter to be handled we can't be treated badly as we are the one's putting food on their table we need to be treated with respect</p>
