Better service

I had a problem on the 28 of march 2023 in tje store i was not happy about the service then i went and complain to the supervisor on site the feed back was not good but it went on to the online and emailed my complaint as i was traveling from EC to cape-town i had a call from the management on the store who understands hospitality and humanity we then talked about what has happened i said to him am not complaining to get my money back or food but so that what happened does not happen again to anyone black or white we need to treat our home town as home of traveling he then called me and apologized and asked when ever am around Queenstown i should ask foe him and yes i did so on Friday later on we met and he was happy to meet me and again he apologized in person to me he was a real man the and one of the waiters saw me and remembered me from the 28 of march her name tag start with X I would recommend that you go to KFC pnp mall
