Best service received from Bevan at KFC in Athlone

I would like to commend your Manager Bevan from KFC in 3rd Avenue, Belgravia, Athlone, Cape Town for service which totally blew me away. His friendliness, professionalism and accountability is unlike anything I have ever experienced anywhere.

I always support this KFC because their staff are always friendly and the food is always fresh and well prepared. On 24 November 2020, I ordered from Uber eats. when I received the food, it was not up to the standard that I am used to receiving from them. I took a chance by calling the number listed for the branch, not hopeful that anybody would answer or do anything to rectify the situation. Bevan answered. I explained my dissatisfaction, and he offered to come and collect the food and bring me a new meal. 10 mins after we spoke, he called again to say he will be a few mins late, as he will be waiting for a fresh batch of chicken to bring me. 20 mins later, he was outside my house, and ensured that I was happy with the new meal before driving off.

Please give this man the raise he deserves.
