Best Service from Hle and Jerusha

I have to give it to Hlengiwe and Jerusha from KFC in chatsworth Centre unit 5. What a remarkable service we received on the 22nd of April. We had an issue with our voucher where in the previous branch we were turned away because of the complication. But Hlengiwe who was attending to us outside under so much pressure,she noticed the same voucher error and decided to escalate the issue to Jerusha for attention.After some time it was resolved and she kept us calm including other customers whom we delayed. In other words our order mattered too.

We are really grateful for such commitment and drive,especially leadership qualities and problem solving shown. I was going to understand if we were turned away like in that previous branch we came from,but we saw a different view to the Tech glitch. Thanks Hle and Jerusha
