Best Service from delivery Service

I Called in KFC at the acropollis mall in phoenix durban, at 19:05 to place an order for delivery. I informed them that i am pregnant and require a meal. The person who answered told me that they closed for delivery due to the pandemic and that he took my number down and said if he can do a delivery he will call me back. I recived a call from Njabulo Nyandu in less than 5 minutes, the driver for their delivery services,who said he will delivery my order.He took down my order and delivered my meal in less than 20 minutes. The meal was hot and extremly fresh. This really got to me in a positive way as this gentleman shift has ended but he still went out of his to do a delivery just to make a customer happy. We rarley find people like this especially people who take their jobs seriously. He was absolutely accomadating in the manner he presented himself as well.

Wish more food outlets could employ such people to deliver on customer service not because they forced to do it but because of the passion they have for what they do.
