Best service ever

Yesterday evening I went to mall of Africa KFC . I actually asked my brother to make an order then I went to collect. I've never seen a manager who is more friendly and welcoming than Sabina. After collected my order I waited there staring at her to see if that's how she operates. The lady melted my heart in away that I even bought something that I don't actually need. Remember when customers are happy they will always come back and recommend. I told myself I will buy at mall of Africa whenever I want kfc. We like kfc at home and we found that one more delicious, fresh and juicy. I don't know if is because I felt valued and witnessed that to other customers. She's such a leader
