Best customer service ever

Good evening Mr Peter, my Name is Mpho from Katlehong. Saturday afternoon I went to KFC in Albertson to buy food for myself and my kids. The cashier forgot to give me the 5 mini loafs & when i called the phone was answered by Patrick. I told Patrick what happened & i thought that he will give me all sorts of excuses or even tell me to fetch the mini loafs, but he said something that I never thought that someone from a shop will do. Patrick promisednme to deliver the mini loafs himself & after few hours he told me that he was coming. He keeps calling me to get directions since he didn't know where I stay & finally he arrived. Since I'm working in retail, Patrick gave me the best service that I will never forget & hopefully I will get the same service from all KFC franchises all over the country.
