Behave like flies to get service!

Kfc is moving towards exposing that poor infrastructures are designed for black people and this needs to change. Though KFC never responds to reviews I'm hoping this reaches to it's critical decision makers. KFC Yarona is constantly failing the brand its sales counters is 90% of the time flooded with customer hoping they get serviced first by giving the cashiers thier receipts first. The is no order process of serving customer according to the purchase time and product... if you don't fight for your recipient to be taken by the cashier you'll never get service. I've complained to Phumudzo their manager and there has been no response.
