Beggars and bad intercom cost me an extra R100

We were travelling to Cape Town and stopped over at Colsberg 1 May 2023, Northern Cape, South Africa for the night and decided to get KFC take away. We were going to walk in to peruse the menu at our leisure, but our car was full of valuables and there were a bunch of beggars in the car park and it looked too risky to leave the car alone. So we decided to go through the drive thru. The order was placed through a ***** intercom, and they got it totally wrong. I was charged an extra R100 for something I did not order. When I pointed this out I was told to park the car around the front and walk in to sort it out. - all the while being hassled by the beggars in the drive-thru lane. Same problem - too many beggars around and too risky. So we left with an overpriced order we did not want. We ate what we could and my dogs enjoyed the rest the next day. As pensioners we cannot afford to be *****ed over like this. Sort out your problems KFC!
