Bedest customer service ever

On friday 25/06/2021 I and my husband we went to KFC, the till slip time 18:54pm and we left the place at 20:20pm the service was so bad the lady who sold the food for us her name is Johanna her attitude was out of the place. There was no communication nor apologies after we complained she just threw the food and said nothing. I shall never ever visit this place again in my life I rather sleep with empty stomach. I'm so furious with their attitude and bad customer service
