bed customer service

I'm a client at KFC i went to buy at KFC Protea gardens mall , and the service was really bad I'm ****ed off. I came around at 12:49am to buy the Tuesday special and was forced to buy a R135 meal of witch I said many times that I want the special for R100 ,the lady called Thelma who was assisting me gave me attitude even rolled her us on me than after she went at the back office living me hanging without any explanation .than after she came back and asked for my bank card ,so at that moment I was surprised of what was going on so I asked her that what's happening because you left me hanging without explaining weather the special the special is still on or what! ..and she was throwing tantrums and the manager came and they spoke their language in front of me thinking I'm don't hear them .the manager didn't help at all.
