Be careful with KFC online app

I' have always preferred KFC app for placing an order compared to Uber it's, until one day I ordered, money was deducted but no confirmation, nor food, worst experience, it was my last money, and there was loadshedding, made contact but until today I was never assisted, the branch manager refunded me at the Store after many efforts
