Bathrooms locked and not accessible by the customers

Utterly disgusting. The KFC in Makhado songozwi and Burger street. They lock the bathrooms meant for customers and tell customers to go use the bathrooms streets away from the store. I had to walk the kids streets away from the restaurant just for them to pee
