Bathroom hand towel in my food

Hello Peter I went to KFC in Pretoria West drive through. To my surprise when I got home I find 2 sheets of hand towel in the bag, no condiments and definitely no serviettes. I am so disgusted with what I found because that is a hand towel that is usually used in bathrooms so I don't understand why was it in the bag with my food. This is bad service and so unacceptable.
