Basic hygiene not observed

I orderd a lunch box meal at the drive through and I got a disgusting mess which I only discovered once I had left the store. The chips were not cooked properly, the burger had strands of hair in it and there was no salt & tomato sauce. It was a complete *******. Clearly if the food is not cooked well and there is hair in it then health and safety regulations are not adhered to. Shouldn't the KFC staff wear mop caps to ensure that their hair does not go into the food? If so then why is there hair in the food? The premises need to be checked for cleanliness because basic health and hygiene is not observed. Very disappointing.
