Bas service

I ordered a bucket of meat by KFC bedworthpark , they notified me that they deliver up until 10pm,cool ... cool Now I ordered around 6pm and I haven't gotten still,when I log on the website it says now mu food cannot be delivered but they didn't even reimburse my money . Now I Wana use that money to order food properly . The worst service ever and they don't even answer my calls
