Baking the chicken

I waited in the que for more then 10 minutes. Eventually the cashier calls me takes my order. Then I waited for more then 20minutes for my order. One of the team member came to tell me that they busy baking the chicken still. I was so mad. After some time my order came and I left. This is not the first time something like this happened. Last time my chicken was cold.

Im not a difficult person but where my food is concerned I can get very difficult.
