Baddest service ever

I bought that bucket that comes with that plastic cutlery and crockery to my surprise it has changed to 1.5L coke which they say it was out of stock and they didn't tell me nevertheless we ask for a manager, Sibabalwe which they say is the manager "he" didn't even wanna talk to us he just say he was busy with customers of which I am one also. To cut the story short I went to the beach without the freebies which they claim that the bucket comes with. Sibabalwe just avoided us and continue like nothing happened. WHAT A DISGUSTING SERVICE THAT I GOT FROM SIBABALWE THE "MANAGER" I'm still amazed
