BAD TREATMENT AT KFC TRIOMF

16 May I can from a match and decided to go to this KFC to get some food as we were really hungry as far as I know and according to the sign on the door they close at 23h00 we got there at 22h00 and to my disappointment we were told by the cashier that there was no chicken they are now closed. I said but the sign on the door says you are open for another hour and the cashier mentioned the chef refused to cook more chicken, I complained and said I refuse to leave, she told him the situation and he said that he would only cook a few pieces but that was only because I was demanding the same. Needless to say after arguing it took another 30min to get our food and the cashier herself had to fry the chips as no1 was willing to prepare the food for us. I am highly disappointed in the way we were treated by the chef as the cashier felt sorry for us and helped were she could. I am laying this complaint as I live in the neighborhood and felt that if it was somewhere else would not have received such awful treatment!!!
