Bad telephone order service

Hi I placed an order for delivery from KFC Phoenix Plaza. I used the 0860 number. They lady on the line was so unprofessional, could not spell and speak clearly. When she finished she had no manners, to Thank a person for the order. She just slammed the phone. Training skills really needed.
