Bad tasting /brunt oil used..chicken had over

I have never had such a bitter tasting kfc in my life , oh my god it tasted awful as though they used burnt oil to make the chicken ..this happend today 25 April at Philippi junction kfc and to top it off the guy that gave us the order via drive thru did not give the slip back because if I had it I was going to use it to log a complaint..what I waste of my money
