Bad, stale food

Good evening. We just bought food at your Mulbarton store in Johannesburg. After waiting for 20 minutes for our food we got home and we were hungry. I had ordered a double crunch burger with chicken. To my disappointment the bread roll was so old and dry that it was falling apart. The sauce on the burger tasted sour and I could not eat any further after 2 bites. My husband tasted and said I can throw it away, that’s how bad it tasted. This was my first bad experience with KFC and would like to know how stale food is sold to customers who pay a full price for a meal. Quality assurance is to be carried out with every order but clearly this is not the case. This after waiting so long and being disappointed and wasting money which KFC has earned.
