Bad Sprinkle Pops

I went to purchase Sprinkle Pops on Monday after a meeting at the KFC at Tembisa Birchacres Mall. Normally sprinkle pops take a few minutes to prepare, however, I received them same time. When I got home the sprinkle pops, were hard and were not fresh. I even tried reheating them, because I thought it's because they are just warm and not hot, but still. I couldn't even finish eating them. This is unacceptable, because as it stands I am under the impression that I was given sprinkle pops that had been kept for some time and not prepare whilst fresh.
