Bad servise at Kfc Atterbury

I never ever experience such bad service at Kfc atterbury. I ordered few meals on drive throw and when i arrived at work one meal was short with mini loaf . I toke initiative and call them , they promise to bring it. it was round about 13:45. I waited almost an hour i called again and they keep on saying they will bring it. So i want to know how long should i wait so i can be able to eat. To make a call its money and to drive to them its money so do i need to loos more money for my food, I payed for that order it was not for free. So if their going to bring that on their on time what should i do with it.
