Bad servics

Kfc i am very disappointed with your service i have complained about a service i got from your store and i did not get any reply..i paid for full meal but i was told the are no cold drinks available and did not get refunsdfor the cold drink..when i suggested to add money to get buddy they said they can't because i paid at self service machine...i use service because i am hearing impaired (hard hearing)i struggle to communicate with cashiers well
