Bad services very disappointed

This is the 3rd time i had gone to KFC in monument road and my WI code have been refused as they say their WI system is not working. Worse when you insist they atleast try your code to see only the cashiers to laugh at you in your face. Really where is the customer services. 3.45 Tuesday 18th of May the ladies literally laughed whilst i was standing at the till.
