Bad services as always!!!!!!!!

I was at Jabulani Mall KFC on the 23/12/2018. Teller that was taking my order was Lufuno as per name tag. I waitied over 20min of which she said meat was still being prepared. I advised er i am here for wings and i can see them on the tray. May you give me 4 wings she said those are for a customer who order all of them and will come back for the order. After waiting for like 47min i asked for the supervisor and she said here is a receipt call the number and asked for a supervisor. I then rep**** please call the supervisor from the back and she said sisi sisi uya order or not and called for next person. She said there are no wings unfortunately just meat so next stand aside and on the receipt you can find supervisor. I lefr there at 21:35pm no order no service just bad attitude from Lufuno and the staff at the back end. Please address your customer service KFC !!!!!!!!!
