Bad Services !

Today I visited one of KFC Branch in Kensington, I order 8 wings paid and stood one side to order. After about 6 customer after me order, paid and got there order, the lady behind the counter asked me what I order. I showed her my slip, somebody from the kitchen said that there is no wings available. After asking for my money back and waiting a half an hour, i was out to there. KFC Kensington will never see me again. The front staff and the back staff do not know what each other is doing. There should be standard and in this KFC there is none.
