Bad services

The frustration of KFC Sandton with third manager I am so furious with the bad services I get at KFC Sandton city the first time I bought dunck wings with an extra source the were so dry when I opened them I had to go back to the store to re dunk them when I checked the invoice the charged me R100 for the extra source today I went there again to buy street wise 2 with chips tho place the order was fast but for Me to get my order was a hard they kept on handing out New orders while I'm standing there with an old Oder order number 255 I refunded my Oder and left as the service was horrible the manager and the two ladies laughed and forced to give me the order but I insisted on getting my money back I'm really not happy about the service the way I love KFC I'm starting to hate it actually hate it's an under statement I'm starting to detest it😤
