Bad service's

Had a bad experience with KFC PELICAN PARK on 2nd April. Lodged a complaint with the store on the morning of the 3rd April spoken to duty manager Rebaca. Sent email to head office on the 3rd April to date all i have received is an SMS indicating they can't reach me. Parhetic excuses from a major restaurant who does not respect customer service as important to their business
