BAD SERVICE,MISLEADING ADVERTI*****TS.

What a bad experience we had at their outlet in Piketberg. We ordered the 21 piece bucket. With this bucket,comes a free added 1,5 Litre of Coca Cola. When we we called for collection,this nice lady went to the ice cream machine to complete our order. Then a very unfriendly rude lady Berenice placed the bucket hard on the counter making a comment to the tune of," You must tell your customers to come and get their orders. This while this nice lady,was busy to complete our order. That's when I asked for the 1,5 lt coke. She unjustly went to the fridge to take out 2 x440 ml small bottles of coke. Then I acquired about the 1,5lt she ,again in a very unfriendly manner shrugged us off by telling that they ran out of 1,5 lt and therefore only gives 2x440 ml of coke. This is a far cry from 1,5 lt. What she actually *********** customers. I insisted on my 1,5 lt coke,but ended up with 3x440ml of coke. Not 1,5 lt as advertised. There are so many ways to get out of such a situation, but this attitude of this lady,is definitely not one.
